AMS Journals Program – Research, Member, Translation, and Distributed Journals

AMS peer-reviewed journals are of the highest quality in mathematical research. Our journals have been published since 1891 and cover a broad range of mathematics. Each journal is managed by editors who are prominent in their fields, and each is unique in its offering of articles, book reviews, and reports. In addition to publishing and distributing printed journals, the AMS offers searchable electronic versions that are available prior to the print versions. When the journal is available in electronic format, the electronic version is considered the version of record. Get information on how to subscribe to our journals or browse our current subscription rates.

NEW! AMS journal contributors receive 15% off Charlesworth’s specialist language editing and publication support services.

All articles submitted to journals published by the AMS are peer-reviewed. The AMS has a single blind peer-review process in which the reviewers know who the authors of the manuscript

wrote the paper as a senior at Wilde Lake High School, Columbia, MD, USA.

“People with money can put up signs … if you don’t have money you’re marginalized…you’re not allowed to express yourself or to put up words or messages that you think other people should see. Camel (cigarettes), they’re up all over the country and look at the message Camel is sending…they’re just trying to keep the masses paralyzed so they can go about their business with little resistance.”

Law of India – Wikipedia

The Constitution of India is the longest written constitution for a country, containing 450 articles, 12 schedules, 103 amendments and 117,369 words.

Laws of India refers to the system of law across the Indian nation. India maintains a hybrid legal system with a mixture of civil, common law and customary, Islamic ethics, or religious law within the legal framework inherited from the colonial era and various legislation first introduced by the British are still in effect in modified forms today. Since the drafting of the Indian Constitution, Indian laws also adhere to the United Nations guidelines on human rights law and the environmental law.

Indian personal law is fairly complex, with each religion adhering to its own specific laws. In most states, registering of marriages and divorces is not compulsory. Separate laws govern Hindus including Sikhs, Jain’s and Buddhist, Muslims, Christians, and followers of other religions. The exception to this

An Official American Thoracic Society/European Society of Intensive Care Medicine/Society of Critical Care Medicine Clinical Practice Guideline: Me… – PubMed

This document provides evidence-based clinical practice guidelines on the use of mechanical ventilation in adult patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).

A multidisciplinary panel conducted systematic reviews and metaanalyses of the relevant research and applied Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation methodology for clinical recommendations.

For all patients with ARDS, the recommendation is strong for mechanical ventilation using lower tidal volumes (4-8 ml/kg predicted body weight) and lower inspiratory pressures (plateau pressure < 30 cm H2O) (moderate confidence in effect estimates). For patients with severe ARDS, the recommendation is strong for prone positioning for more than 12 h/d (moderate confidence in effect estimates). For patients with moderate or severe ARDS, the recommendation is strong against routine use of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (high confidence in effect estimates) and conditional for higher positive end-expiratory pressure (moderate confidence in effect estimates) and recruitment maneuvers (low confidence
