    In a historic development, KidneyX received $5,000,000 for Fiscal Year 2020 in the

    federal government’s spending package, which was announced Monday. KidneyX is an

    innovation accelerator that operates as a public-private partnership between the

    American Society of Nephrology and the US Department of Health and Human Services.
