Esteemed Mathematician, Richard Kenneth Guy, dies at 103 (Mar 16)
Richard Kenneth Guy, an esteemed mathematician, an “inquisitive problem solver” and a CMS lifetime member passed away on March 9, 2020. He will be missed by the CMS and the mathematical community.

Dr. Jacopo De Simoi to receive the 2020 Coxeter-James Prize (Feb 19)
OTTAWA (ON) – The Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) is pleased to announce that Dr. Jacopo De Simoi (Toronto) has been named the recipient of the 2020 Coxeter-James Prize for his work in the area of dynamical systems.
