Harry is a passionate Executive Producer who believes there is no challenge that creativity can’t solve. He grew up performing and directing theater in Seattle, and went on to study Dramatic Arts and Cinema at the University of Southern California. He served for two seasons as Assistant Director for Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles before returning to the Northwest and beginning a career in film production.
While simultaneously building a production company (The Academy), Harry dedicated his evenings to earning his MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, and was selected by his peers as commencement speaker for his graduating class. He returned to Los Angeles in 2012 to open the Academy’s Los Angeles office, and formally launched SOCIETY in 2014.
Harry is deeply involved in setting the vision for every project we undertake, and is a trusted creative partner for all of our directors during the pitch process. He lives with his wife and two young sons in Sherman Oaks, Ca.

Drew is the drum and bass of our operational orchestra, and keeps our company running day in and day out. He possesses outstanding analytical and financial skills, and manages all of our contracts and corporate accounting. Helpful hint: he also pays your invoices.
Drew brings a wealth of small business experience to Society, having served as Auditor and Controller for various companies throughout the music and film industries. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Journalism from Rutgers University, and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University. Drew lives in Hollywood with his girlfriend Eliza, and is an avid concertgoer and fan of the Philadelphia 76ers. The guy’s got it figured out.

holiday coles
Holiday is our insatiably curious, diligently dynamic Office & Creative Services Manager. While cultivating a welcoming atmosphere at HQ day to day, she also facilitates SOCIETY’s future by ensuring new initiatives gain traction and acutely reflect our brand identity.
Holiday was raised in Southern California and graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Business and Computer Science. The intersection of commerce, code and creation is where she feels most invigorated – leveraging tech tools to empower modern day artists is her modus operandi. After a stint in the music industry and a foray into fin tech, she yearned for an opportunity to flex more creative muscle. Hence, a bold industry pivot to production.
When she’s not wrangling code or whipping internal processes into shape, Holiday is an exemplary shower singer, apprentice wordsmith and unlicensed philosophizer. More generally, she enjoys meddling in the gray of ideation and making sense of chaos.
Our reputation was built on our values. We are humble, hungry, and smart.
If you share these values and are interested in working with us, feel free to reach out to us here. For all other inquiries, contact us here.
